Right food is essential to keep living beings physically and mentally fit. Not only it keeps us fit but also makes us a nice living being (human being or good human).

  • It should be plant based.
  • It should be alcohol free.
  • It should have right appearance.
  • It should be smell free.
  • It should be less spicy and oily.
We should not use more items in our food whether it’s morning breakfast, lunch or dinner. We should use one or two items at a time. As we know, when more and more substances are mixed or added then more and more reactions take place and other different products may get produce in our body. So, try to have less items in food. There should be a gap of minimum one hour between two food (Example-water, snack, fruit, salad etc.). Also ,we should be aware of our daily work calories burn out and calories taken through food including sugar, salt, sour,water and fat quantity. This is required because this is not a divya power era. We have to work to digest whatever we eat. The balanced way of having food has two advantages:
  • firstly, we will not have disease due to access of a particular food item
  • It should be prepared and served by neat & clean people.
  • It should be served using right & clean serving utensils (cooking & serving ware) at neat & clean place.
