Our Universal Elementary Education (UEE) creates right strong universal human traits, literacy, basics of Home science, Mathematics, Computer, right music and fitness to develop nice human beings.
It's a basic step to lead a nice life up to some extent.
Primary Education is the first step in every person's life after getting birth. Without inculcation of right strong Primary Education in a person, Higher Education is can be used in very wrong way. A person can get name, fame, money and all luxuries with Higher education but not true respect till that person has right Universal Elementary Education.
True respect can only be achieved with the implementation of Universal Elementary Education. This is hard reality which many people will not accept in present days. If person has both Universal Elementary Education and Higher Education then such kind of person would be the great person.
Responsible people to inculcate Primary Education are as follows:

- 2-Neighbours (surroundings)
- 3-Primary Schools
- 4-Government of Every Country
Elementary Education plays a very important role in devloping nice humans. There would be very less possiblities of happening crime or bad things if Universal Elementary Education is inculcated in every human by birth. But, in reality there is no right Universal Elementary Education which has been set as a benchmark by all countries of the world . Different groups (countries) of people understand meaning of Primary Education differently.
Primary education must not be allowed by schools to those who are below 7 years. A child (student) must be able to take bath, wear clothes and carry own light bag. This is required for their personal security.
Now there is a need to inculcate this, as a primary benchmark by all the countries ‘government if they really want to make this world better or convert into nice without thinking that something has been written in the past or not. Human has got brain with 5 senses. So it's a time to think logically and then act. You have also got natural resources. By managing natural resources optimally, you can create a nice sustainable world with nice humans.
